Zen in 10
This "Zen for 10" series is designed for those with busy schedules, making it easy to incorporate yoga into your daily routine. These bite-sized classes allow you to experience the profound benefits of yoga without sacrificing time. No matter how hectic your day may be, you can always find 10 minutes for your well-being.

Never Have I Ever Done Yoga
This series of classes are designed for the TOTAL yoga beginner.
These classes are short, and designed to move at a slower pace as the TOTAL beginner gets familiar with yoga poses.
If you are new to yoga WELCOME!

Ageless Hips Yoga Course ($69.00)
Hip Health is so important. This 5 part mini course will help you discover your hip mobility, hip strength, and hip flexibility.
Go in order on this one. Beginning at class 1 You will discover areas that you need improvement in, and possibly some of your strengths. After you have completed this course you will have tons of new ideas for stretching and strengthening those hips that will serve you in the months and years to come. Get started today! Short But Sweet Classes
These classes are short and sweet, usually under 20 min.
This is a nice place to start if you are just building the habit of doing yoga and you want to keep things nice and easy!
I have a bunch of different things in this class block. For example, you will find a meditation, a breath exercise, and a 3 part course to help you do yoga if you are experience knee pain.

These are hot off the press! I put my most recently filmed classes here for a month or so and then move them to their appropriate category or their permanent home.

Intermediate Yoga
Start this course if you have completed my beginner course and feel you are ready for more, or if you have been doing yoga for awhile. These classes are designed to go to a peak pose. Meaning, the class is designed to open your body up and take all the prep poses leading you to the intermediate level peak pose. As always, I love to teach to all levels, so modifications will be offered.

Individual Yoga Classes
These are tried and true classes that I have taught to my in person clients over the years that have been highly praised or requested again and again. There might be some intermediate poses in these classes, but modifications will be offered to make these classes accessible to all levels and abilities.

Restorative Yoga Classes
Restorative yoga is a slower, more restful, more passive approach to yoga that's meant to melt away muscle tension, create space in the body, and alleviate stress. These classes are less about building strength or working up a sweat than they are about deep mental and physical relaxation.

Outdoor Yoga
These classes are typical of my teaching style with some nice classic poses and more than a few vinyasas. The only difference is these classes are filmed with a different backdrop of the beautiful scenery of some of the places I have been lucky enough to traveled to. These are all levels classes with modifications offered for beginners
